SP17 covers all aspects of solidification and casting of all metals and related materials, from fundamentals to applications, including welding and additive manufacturing. Although this series of conferences has a tradition of focusing on metallic materials, we welcome contributions from research communities involved in solidification/crystallisation of other materials systems.
